(2) Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change, and we strive to provide a fair cancellation process.

2.1) General Cancellation Terms

  • All cancellations will incur a 5% service fee, which will be deducted from the total amount paid.
  • If the cancellation is made before visa and ticket confirmation, the remaining amount (after deducting the 5% service fee) will be refunded in full.
  • If the cancellation is made after visa and ticket confirmation, the refund will be processed on a pro-rata basis depending on the stage of the booking process.

2.3) How to Cancel

  • Users can initiate cancellations through the Happy Umrah App under the "My Bookings" section.
  • Refund processing time is 7-14 business days from the date of cancellation request.

(3) Refund Policy

3.1) Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are processed based on the Cancellation Policy outlined above.
  • Any refunds due after deductions will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking.

3.3) Non-Refundable Fees

  • Users will be notified via email/SMS once the refund is initiated.

(4) Terms and Conditions

4.1) Introduction

By using the Happy Umrah app, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern the usage of the app, booking services, payments, cancellations, and user responsibilities.

4.2) Booking & Payment

  • Users must provide accurate information at the time of booking.
  • Payments must be made in full at the time of booking through secure payment gateways available in the app.
  • Happy Umrah reserves the right to reject bookings due to incorrect information or non-compliance with travel regulations.

4.3) Travel Documents & Visa

  • The user is responsible for ensuring their passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
  • Visa approval is subject to the policies of the respective issuing authorities. Happy Umrah is not responsible for visa rejections.
  • Any incorrect information provided by the user leading to visa rejection will not be eligible for a refund.

4.4) Liability & Responsibilities

  • Happy Umrah acts as an intermediary between users and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport services, visa authorities). We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes made by third-party service providers.
  • Users must comply with all airline, hotel, and Umrah travel guidelines.
  • In case of emergency situations (flight delays, lost baggage, etc.), users must directly coordinate with the respective service provider.

4.5) Use of the Mobile App

  • Users agree to use the Happy Umrah app for lawful purposes only.
  • Any unauthorized access, data breach attempts, or misuse of the app may result in account termination and legal action.
  • Happy Umrah may update features, policies, and terms of service at any time without prior notice.

4.6) Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes related to bookings, payments, or services must be reported to Happy Umrah Customer Support within 7 days of the issue occurring.
  • In case of unresolved disputes, the matter will be handled as per the legal jurisdiction of United Arab Emirates.
